Locate the Root, Not Just the SymptomsOnce something has been identified, the next step is finding the root.You cannot locate something without searching for it.Think about it this way:If you want to remove a plant that is damaging your garden, you don't simply cut off the leaves—you go deeper and pull out the root.The same applies to areas of stagnation.Sometimes the root is a painful experience.Sometimes it's fear.Sometimes it's a false belief we've carried for years.Sometimes it's a pattern of thinking, unhealthy choices, unforgiveness, or a lack of understanding.

Stagnation often begins in the mind before it appears in our actions. If our thoughts remain trapped in fear, failure, disappointment, and hopelessness, our actions will eventually follow. This is why renewing your mind is so important. You have to replace old thoughts with God's truth. Instead of saying: "I will always be this way." Begin declaring: "God is still working on me." Instead of: "There is no way out." Remember: "With God, all things are possible." The mind must be stirred just like stagnant water. When something is stirred, what has settled begins to rise. God often stirs things in our hearts so He can reveal what needs to be removed and replace it with something better.4. Pray: Connect With the Source of Your Strength 🙏Freedom begins and ends with prayer. Prayer is communication with God. It is the connection between our weakness and His strength, our limitations and His power. God is the source. He is the One who restores what is broken, brings life to what seems dead, and makes all things new. Jesus said: Without me ye can do nothing. (John 15:5) you believe God is the Creator of all things, then you understand that He knows how everything works. Just as an owner creates a manual for a machine, God has given us His Word as our guide for navigating life. He has already provided everything we need according to His riches in glory, His mercy, and His faithfulness. Our responsibility is to walk it out. Faith requires action. James tells us that faith without works is dead (James 2:17). In other words, we cannot simply believe and remain still. We must take steps of obedience. Prayer plants the seed. Trust waters the seed. Obedience activates the growth.5. Focus Your Attention on God, the Source of PossibilityThink about this:When you decide to search for something specific, suddenly you begin noticing information you never saw before.Maybe you decide to research a particular topic. Before that moment, the information existed, but you weren't looking for it.Once your focus changed, new possibilities became visible.Now imagine what happens when you place your focus on God.When your attention aligns with the Creator, your perspective begins to change. You start seeing possibilities where you once only saw limitations.With God, there are no impossible situations.───────────────────────The Question Is:Can I truly break free from this stagnation?The answer is yes.Jeremiah 32:27 says:"Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me?"God asked Moses:"Is the Lord's hand waxed short?" (Numbers 11:23)In other words:
Is anything too difficult for God?The answer is no.God is able to fight your battles.Through Christ, He has already defeated powers and principalities at the cross (Colossians 2:15).So if you find yourself stagnant today, remember this:You are not fighting for a victory that God cannot provide.
